We rent apartments exclusively to senior women and men aged 60 and over (no exceptions will be made). We are renting an attractive 1.5-room apartment (35.9 m2) with semi-assisted living as of 1. October 2026 or by arrangement. The apartment offers you the following standard of fittings: \- Bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and window \- Kitchen with sufficient storage space \- Built-in wardrobe \- Laminate flooring \- Balcony \- Roof terrace for shared use \- Cellar compartment available \- Lift available \- Shared laundry room \- TV connection available The apartment is still to be renovated (new bathroom, replacement of floor coverings and the walls will be repainted) The apartment is only rented to single individuals with a maximum income of CHF 70'000.- (according to tax assessment)- A parking space can be rented additionally for CHF 130.00 / month.
