I’m offering my cosy 1.5-room apartment in Wiedikon, at the edge of Enge, in exchange for another apartment in or around Zurich.

Rent: CHF 2'380 per month incl. utilities (CHF 2'150 base + CHF 210 utilities)

What I’m Looking For
A quiet apartment in or around Zurich, min. 1.5 rooms, ideally in a green area, with a balcony or garden, at a similar rent.

My Apartment
The location is incredibly central, with easy access to the whole city, and many things (cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, shops) at a walking/biking distance. Close to Bahnhof Wiedikon. The building is also next to a park and path along the Sihl river.

The apartment is full of light, with high ceilings, there’s an entryway, a quiet bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a kitchen, and a living room with a balcony. The living room faces the street but it has very good sound insulation thanks to new windows installed last year. The kitchen has tons of storage space, all new appliances including a dishwasher, and its own small dining nook.
