Room in a shared flat

Per mid-November, a room (approx. 27 m2, unfurnished) will become available in our beautiful shared flat. Our shared flat is located in a terraced house in the quiet Loogarten quarter, close to greenery but still very well connected to the city.
The room is oriented towards the east and is very bright thanks to the large window (as is the entire apartment). Together we use our beautiful living room plus kitchen/dining area, which together make up an entire, open floor. Additionally, there are two bathrooms with showers and a cellar with its own washing machine and drying room. In summer, the lawn/seating area with lounge and grill invites you to linger; additionally, there are two terraces facing east and west on the top floor.
Currently, there are four of us living in the shared flat plus one toddler. However, my roommates will all be moving out soon; another room will become free by January at the latest, two more by March at the latest, but ideally much earlier. Therefore, classic shared flat life is currently only limited.
Your room would become free from mid-November and is initially limited until the end of January 2027. The landlady is interested in a shared flat continuing to live in the apartment afterwards; consequently, you would have—if interested—the possibility to take over the entire apartment and to form your own shared flat (max. 4 people) within it.
Please introduce yourself in a few words, and whether it would be okay for you to commit to not terminating the shared flat room before the end of January, and whether you would fundamentally be interested in forming your own shared flat in the apartment.

We look forward to your application!
