Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone!

We are renting out a furnished room in Höngg, Zürich for 2 months. We are a 3-person shared flat (1W, 2M, approx. 30) and are looking for someone who ideally speaks Swiss German/German and/or English/Spanish and is ideally between 20-35 years old. Someone who is friendly, tidy, open and uncomplicated and ideally a non-smoker.

The room is available for 2 months from 12.10.2026 (we can still talk about the rental date).

The room is furnished. The apartment is located at the beginning of Höngg between the bus stop (46) and tram stop (50), with which you are at HB in 13 min. There are also grocery stores nearby, otherwise it is rather quieter in the neighborhood.
