Hi! I’m Chiara (27, originally from Northern Italy) I'm easygoing, a like a simple lifestyle, enjoying sports and various hobbies. My current flatmate is moving out to pursue her studies, so her room is becoming available.

• Located in a green, residential area close to everything: walking distance to HB, 3 minutes to the nearest bus stop, and 5–10 minutes to the tram.
• Daily amenities (supermarkets, pharmacy, University Hospital, and University of Zurich) are all just a short walk away.

• shared laundry room (with the whole house but very clean)
• Rent: ca. CHF 1,300/month (utilities/expenses excluded)
• Deposit: ca. CHF 3,900

I’m looking for an easygoing, clean and respectful female flatmate to move in. I like keeping the flat a quiet, relaxing space to unwind, so I'm looking for someone who shares that lifestyle (no house parties, please / occasional gatherings or friendly dinners are welcome).
