Room in a shared flat

As of 1st November 2026 (or by agreement), a room will be available in a bright 2-person WG in Alt-Wiedikon, next to Zurich-Binz Station. You’ll be sharing the flat with me, Maria, a 29-year-old Spanish young professional. I am easy-going, with a healthy lifestyle and passionate about music, travelling, and meeting up with friends.

Ideally I am looking for a young professional, someone tidy, respectful, non-smoker, who has the right balance of sharing time together and having our own space.

Apartment and room details:

• 2 bedrooms
• Living room
• Well-equipped kitchen without dishwasher
• No elevator
• Pets not allowed
• Bathroom
• Balcony
• Washing machine and dryer in the basement (use at the subtenant own expense)
• The room for rent is approx 12m2, furnished (2.0x200 bed with storage, nightstand, built-in wardrobe and additional Ikea wardrobe)

Location:

• Next to Binz-Zurich station and 5 min walk to Giesshubel train station and Laubegg tram/bus station.
• Denner and Lidl at less than 2 min walking distance and Coop and Migros at 5 min walk.
• Close to Evo Wiedikon/Enge gyms (15 min walk or 4 min by bike)

Rent:

• CHF 1'670 (including utilities, internet and shared areas cleaning)
• Deposit (kaution) of 2'600 CHF
• The rental period is of 3 months starting 1st November (or by agreement) with possibility to extend upon agreement
