Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my bright room (approx. 13 m²) in a beautiful 110 m² apartment at Zürichberg on a limited basis. From the room, you look towards Uetliberg and into the garden, including plenty of sun.

About the WG: You will be moving in with two very nice roommates. The apartment offers two bathrooms, a kitchen with a laundry tower, a large living room with a projector, large screen and sound system throughout the entire apartment, as well as an ice machine. There is a cellar compartment, parking possibilities in front of the house (also overnight) and great surroundings.

Outside: A large garden to use, plenty of sunlight and a seating area with a grill, garden couch and outdoor table.

Location: Very close to the Uni. In five to ten minutes you are at the ETH and the Uni Zürich.

Rental duration and price: Available from 1. November or 1. December, a move-in in the middle of the month is also possible. The room costs approx. CHF 1'400, with some room for negotiation.

Important to know: From the end of January to the end of July 2027, work will be carried out on the pipes. The kitchen and bathroom will not be properly accessible during this time, but a temporary solution will be set up by the administration. Anyone who wishes can also remain living there during the renovation, then with restricted use and accordingly only 30 % of the rent.
