We are:
We, Laura (26) and Channy (26) are looking for a new roommate. Laura is in a dual study program in the legal field and Channy is fully employed, he works as a hardware developer and begins his Master's studies in February. Therefore, we are not home very often during the week. In our free time, we like to do sports and enjoy an active lifestyle. There is a friendly and open atmosphere with us. We are a structured and harmonious shared apartment (WG) in which order and cleanliness are a priority. To support our cleaning routine, we have a cleaning plan. Shared expenses such as cleaning supplies, internet costs, and energy costs are divided equally among all roommates, for which we pay CHF 50.- per month into the WG fund. Since we do not cook together, you can design your WG everyday life very flexibly, but will still always have someone there if you are looking for company. So, if you are looking for an uncomplicated and harmonious WG where you can feel at home immediately, you have come to the right place!

We are looking for:
We are looking for an orderly and reliable person who values a well-maintained living environment and friendly coexistence. You should speak German and have a regular daily routine. We are not a party WG, but are looking for someone who appreciates a cozy home and wants to be part of our shared apartment in the long term. You would be the main tenant together with Laura.

The room:
The room is located on the upper floor of the apartment. A large window ensures plenty of daylight, and the thoughtful floor plan offers ideal possibilities for furnishing. You share the bathroom with Laura. It would be desired that the bed, the curtains, the table, the chair, and the chest of drawers are taken over for a small additional fee.

The modern apartment has a shared living room, a balcony, and a cellar compartment for shared use. The floor plan is optimally designed for a shared apartment: Channy's room as well as the kitchen and the living room are located on the lower floor, while the rooms of Laura and you are located on the upper floor – this ensures sufficient privacy.
