3 ½ rooms apartment

I, female, 30 years old, have been living in this spacious and bright 3.5 room apartment for several years. I work Mon-Fri, enjoy being outdoors in my free time, and love to cook (veggie/vegan). I appreciate it when shared conversations arise, but also enjoy my peace and quiet from time to time.

A spacious room, which is also furnished, is available for sublet. The room features a bed, a desk, a shelf, and a clothes rack.
The kitchen as well as the living room are furnished and well-equipped. The cellar and attic offer additional storage space. I am looking for someone who does not want a purely functional shared apartment (WG), but also respects the privacy of the other person and does not spend the whole day on the couch.
The room is only rented for sublet on a temporary basis and only to single individuals. From the end of October or by arrangement for approx. 6 months. Women are preferred.

The apartment is located very centrally, near Sihlcity; bus, tram, and train are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The HB is reachable with public transport in approx. 10 minutes.
