Hello dear new roommate
In my light-flooded apartment in Kreis 10 (border of Wipkingen/Höngg), a room is becoming available for a female roommate or a weekly resident:

• Furnished
• Weekly resident rent: 1022.-
• Normal sublet: 1430.-
• incl. NK, excl. Serafe, EWZ, laundry card.
• Start date mid / end of November or by arrangement.
• Fixed-term or indefinite possible.

Are you a non-smoker, do you like wide views, bright and open rooms and considerate living together? Then you are exactly right with me:
Your bright room is furnished (wardrobe, chest of drawers, mattress & duvet/pillow) and has a beautiful view of the Üetliberg, as well as over the entire city with a view of the mountains. We share the kitchen, the bathroom, the dining/living room, the balcony, and if necessary, the cellar. The furniture in the photos is not entirely up to date.

I (f, 40) am interested in many things, enjoy being at home and like silence and retreat as much as exchange, cozy togetherness and cooking and eating together. Open communication and mutual consideration are important to me. Additionally, I appreciate a good degree of order and cleanliness.

The apartment including kitchen is fully equipped and furnished. It is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. The bathroom with bathtub, the kitchen with dishwasher & oven with steamer, were newly renovated in 2025.
Laundry room (1 machine + 1 dryer) is available on the ground floor without a laundry schedule. Billing is done via a rechargeable laundry card. Underground parking can be rented from the administration.

I am looking for a reliable, reflective female roommate who is interested in relaxed cohabitation, where everyone has their own personal space, but one also enjoys cooking together, philosophizing, exchanging news, sharing worries and fears, drinking tea or coffee, spending an evening together or not.
