Room in a shared flat

Your new room in our 3-person shared flat is located at the very top on the 25th floor of the «Vulcano-Towers» built in 2018 in Zürich Altstetten. You can expect a great view to the west into the Limmattal as well as breathtaking sunsets. The two-storey 5.5-room apartment (132m²) extends over the 24th and 25th floor. The entire living area is fully furnished, including sofa, TV, large dining table and plants. The modern kitchen is equipped with a high table, dishwasher, steamer and oven. Additionally, a grill is available in the loggia. Your room is 16m² in size and features its own dressing room. You will share the spacious bathroom on the 25th floor (with shower, bathtub and two washbasins) with only one roommate. Please note that in addition to the rent, a monthly fee of CHF 130 for internet, Netflix/Amazon Prime and the shared use of the furniture will be charged. You can reach the Zürich Altstetten train station in just 5 minutes on foot. If you are athletically active or want to relax in nature by the water, the sports facility «Hardhof» and the popular «Werdinsel» are located in the direct vicinity. A small Coop for daily shopping is available directly in the residential building, and the «Migros Neumarkt» shopping center at Lindenplatz is about 10 minutes' walk away. We, Johannes (ML-Engineer and enthusiastic diver, room on the 24th floor) and Florian (management consultant, likes to travel and cook, room on the 25th floor), are cheerful, working professionals and look forward to getting to know you. We are looking for an open and approachable person (w/d/m) who is LGBTQ+ friendly, leads an active life and is often on the go. It is important to us that you value cleanliness and order and can adhere to a regular cleaning plan. Unfortunately, the shared flat is not suitable for smokers.
