Room in a shared flat

The room:
We are looking for someone for a room in our 3 people international flatshare. The flat has a large dining/living room, balcony, bathroom and kitchen. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential and the flat has also recently been refurbished. Both the forest of Zürichberg and Irchel park are nearby and perfect for an evening run. A large Migros and the tram stop are only a 5 minute walk away.

Your room is roughly 8m2. It has a large window with a wonderful view over Zurich, facing west, and amazing lighting in the evening sun.There is enough space for a double bed and a desk. While the flat is fully furnished, your room will be unfurnished. The rent includes utilities (heating and water) but not additional costs like electricity, insurance, internet, cleaning supplies, weekly cleaning service, etc. The room is available from November 24th or a bit later if necessary.

You:
A young professional or PhD student, roughly our age, who enjoys participating in the WG life like having dinner or drinks together every now and then, watching a movie or playing some games.

It is important to us that our WG is not simply cohabitation. We typically have busy days but find time to hang out a couple of times per week. While we enjoy the WG life we also value our time alone and are looking for someone similar. We like to keep the apartment tidy and clean.

Us:
Luca, 32 (Italian) is an electrical engineer. He is an excellent chef, and prepares the best pasta dishes in town. He likes football, snowboarding and enjoys having a beer after work.

Merlin, 30 (Swiss) works in finance and enjoys keeping active, whether that’s going for a run, skiing or watching football. Loves travelling and exploring new places. Usually up for a laugh, and will actively defend his cooking skills against Luca’s.
