The room: The bright and spacious room is 25.6 m² in size and is particularly flooded with light thanks to large windows on both sides. It offers direct access to the balcony and a side view of Lake Zurich.

The room can be taken furnished upon request. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own furniture.

The apartment: The 3.5-room apartment is modern, fully furnished, and features:

The shared apartment situation: You would live together with me. I am 29 years old, working, and looking forward to an uncomplicated, open, and pleasant female flatmate. Respectful and relaxed coexistence is important to me, where both feel at home and at the same time have enough personal space.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

The location: The apartment is located directly on Lake Zurich and behind the Savera-Areal. The location offers excellent connections to public transport and numerous shopping facilities right on your doorstep.
