Room in a shared flat

The room is 16 m² in size and has its own bathroom with a shower. The apartment has 4½ rooms and was renovated in 2009. It offers a modern kitchen as well as two bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, and oven. The bedrooms as well as the living room feature parquet flooring. Furthermore, the apartment includes a large balcony (important for other BBQ lovers).

We have our own washing machine; additionally, drying rooms are available in the cellar. A bicycle cellar as well as the cellar compartments are also located there.

We are looking for

We are looking for an open person who does not see the shared flat merely as a functional arrangement (Zweck-WG), but who also enjoys doing things spontaneously. Be it a dip in the Limmat or a sociable evening together. Ideally, you are also around our age, so around 30 years old. It is also important to us that you actively participate in the household.

We are

Linda (32) will complete her Master's in Computer Science in the next half year. In her free time, she is often seen heading out the door with a large backpack to pursue her hobby, paragliding. She appreciates spontaneous evenings together, an open exchange, and uncomplicated coexistence in the shared flat.
Patrick (31) is doing his doctorate at the Department of Materials Science and prefers to spend his free time in the mountains, whether trail running or on ski tours. Additionally, he plays the bassoon in an orchestra. He is also always up for a cozy evening, cooking or grilling together, as well as a glass of beer.
