Furnished 3-room apartment in Seefeld (8008), a few minutes from the lake with good tram and S-Bahn connections. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is in an older building and you can notice its age in some areas, but everything is functional, safe and in working order. The room and apartment are fully furnished, and there is shared attic storage and laundry in the cellar.

The normal all-inclusive rent is CHF 1,300/month, made up of CHF 1,000 basic rent, CHF 200 for internet, electricity and energy costs, and CHF 100 for furnishing/administration and a reserve for additional apartment-related costs. Because I will be abroad for much of the contract, you will often have the apartment to yourself. October, December, January and February are CHF 650/month, as I will be living there for more than half of those months. November and March until the end of the contract are CHF 1,300/month, as I expect to be abroad. If my plans change, the rent will be adjusted fairly according to the actual time the apartment is shared..

Möblierte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seefeld (8008), nur wenige Minuten vom See entfernt und mit guter Tram- und S-Bahn-Anbindung. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad. Das Haus ist älter und das sieht man an einigen Stellen, aber alles ist funktionstüchtig, sicher und funktioniert wie vorgesehen. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert; zusätzlich gibt es einen gemeinsamen Estrich als Stauraum sowie eine Waschküche im Keller.

Die normale All-inclusive-Miete beträgt CHF 1'300 pro Monat und setzt sich aus CHF 1'000 Grundmiete, CHF 200 für Internet, Strom und Energiekosten sowie CHF 100 für Möblierung/Administration und eine Reserve für zusätzliche wohnungsbezogene Kosten zusammen. Da ich während eines grossen Teils der Mietdauer im Ausland bin, hast du die Wohnung häufig für dich allein. Im Oktober, Dezember, Januar und Februar beträgt die Miete CHF 650 pro Monat, da ich in diesen Monaten mehr als die Hälfte der Zeit selbst dort wohne. Im November sowie ab März bis Vertragsende beträgt sie CHF 1'300, da ich voraussichtlich im Ausland bin. Falls sich meine Pläne ändern, wird die Miete fair entsprechend der tatsächlich gemeinsam genutzten Zeit angepasst.
