2.5-room apartment in Zurich Enge (8002)

I’m looking for someone to take over my furnished 2.5-room apartment in Enge. It’s on the elevated ground floor and faces a quiet inner courtyard, so it’s surprisingly peaceful despite being so central.

The apartment has a bright living room with wooden floors and large windows, a quiet bedroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need (cookware and dishes included, but no dishwasher). There’s also a spacious hallway with some extra storage space.

One of the things I really like about the apartment is the location. It’s in a very quiet neighbourhood, but you can still get almost everywhere easily. Enge station is about a 9–10 minute walk away, and the Waffenplatzstrasse tram stop is around 7 minutes away. The lake is about a 15-minute walk, Sihlcity around 8 minutes, Migrolino just 2 minutes, and Museum Rietberg about 4 minutes.
