Room in a shared flat

Hoiii! Since Marghi is moving out, a room in our WG will be available from 1 January 2027!

WG life:
We are a cozy WG in which each person leads their own life while simultaneously valuing an uncomplicated and friendly coexistence.
Our interests are diverse and range from climbing, cycling and playing guitar to painting and many more. Spontaneous shared moments arise again and again. Often, people meet in the kitchen in the evening to chat a bit and talk about the day.

We like to make our home cozy together and value ensuring that everyone can feel comfortable. Our friends and partners are, of course, welcome in the WG at any time.

We are looking for a person who wants a relaxed and respectful WG life, who also likes to stand in the kitchen for a chat and at the same time appreciates the independence of others.

Common rooms:
Our living room is the meeting point of the WG; equipped with a large dining table, sofa, television and piano. The balcony, the terrace and especially our garden invite you to barbecue in small or large company. And since the terrace is covered, you can even sit outside in the rain.

Cleanliness and order:
We are generally a tidy and clean WG. Everyone puts their things away; if something is forgotten, people help each other. All tasks that arise in a household are divided among all residents and are carried out reliably. However, we prefer to spend our time doing something else than cleaning, so we have a cleaning person once a week for the common rooms.

Your room:
CHF 793.- rent + 2.0.- utilities; from 1 January 2027; 5 qm; ground floor; window to the north side
The gross rent (1220 CHF) includes all utilities (water, heating costs, electricity, etc.) and also WG expenses (cleaning lady, Wifi, washing detergent, general food items such as spices, flour, etc.)
Location: Near Irchel/Milchbuck, tram stop Hirschwiesenstrasse directly in front of the door, 12 min to the main station, 6 min to Bhf Oerlikon.
