2 rooms apartment

Good day! I am swapping my apartment in an absolute dream location. It is located in Kreis 2, only 550 meters from Lake Zurich, in a quiet residential area, with Rieterpark virtually right at the doorstep. The absolute highlight is the fully functional fireplace for cozy evenings.

Equipped, the apartment features a balcony, parquet flooring, and an open kitchen. In the bedroom, there is also a custom-made, high-quality built-in wardrobe, which cost 5000 CHF at the time. To my knowledge, an underground parking space can be booked through the administration; additionally, there are parking spaces (Blue Zone) located directly in front of the front door, which are almost always available. The administration is very helpful and totally uncomplicated - there have never been any problems.

Since I would like to live somewhere more central and ideally in a new building, I am looking for a two-room apartment with at least 40 square meters starting immediately. My budget goes up to a maximum of 2500 CHF.
