3 rooms apartment

Service charges: heating costs on account (145 per month), flat-rate costs (caretaker, TV, radio) 80 per month. Rent CHF 1782 / month, + costs for electricity and water. Total costs (depending on gas prices) CHF 1800 +/-50 CHF. After 5 years, we unfortunately have to give up the apartment due to a family situation. In the last 5 years, the apartment was used alone, as a shared apartment (WG), and as a couple, and has been super suitable for all forms. The bedroom and living room are facing the inner courtyard and are very quiet; a small balcony is facing Waffenplatzstrasse and is rather quiet due to the one-way street for Zurich. Sihlcity is reachable within 7 minutes on foot, as is the Enge station. Bus 72 is reachable within a 1 min walking distance. The neighbors (8 parties in total) are very friendly and we all maintain a friendly relationship. There is a shared laundry room (without a fixed schedule, but with a house WhatsApp for emergencies) and a large shared garden for all parties. There is also a storage room for the apartment in the cellar as well as in the attic.
