3 ½ room apartment

We are a small family and are looking for one/two subtenants for our apartment in Wiedikon for the period November-June (period flexible) while we are abroad. The apartment is furnished, on the raised ground floor, very green and quiet, and only 2 minutes on foot from Goldbrunnenplatz. It is a lovely old building with lovely neighbors. In any case, we feel very comfortable! And we also have plenty of space: in addition to the two bedrooms, kitchen-living area and bathroom, the apartment also has a living room and a study.

The apartment is fully furnished, on the raised ground floor, very green and quiet, and only a 2-minute walk from Goldbrunnenplatz. It’s a charming old building with lovely neighbors. We feel very comfortable here! There’s also plenty of space: the apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a living room and a study. The apartment can be rented by one person or two.
