Room in a shared flat

Hi, I am moving out of my room and I am looking for someone to take my place, only women please, due to my roommate's request. They must fulfil JUWO conditions (up to 28 years old, income must not exceed CHF 30,000 and you should be currently in education, university, apprenticeship or an internship). The rent is 533 per month + one time payment of CHF 1,170 (open to negotiation) which includes the purchase of the things (bed, matress, desk, kommode big, kommode small, rack for your clothes, Samsung monitor), the things are mostly new around 1 year of usage. Move in date should be on the first of November. The apartment is shared with 2 other people. Location is 10 minutes walking from Milchbuck and 5 from Bucheggplatz. The contract ends by the end of 31.03.2027, but you get to keep the JUWO priority which makes it really easy to find a new apartment within JUWO.
