Room in a shared flat

We are a 3-person shared flat in Milchbuck (3 min walking distance from the tram stops Milchbuck and Hirschwiesenstrasse) and are looking for a new roommate starting from 1 August. The available room is 19.5m2 and costs CHF980 per month including utilities. You will live with Adrian and Jérémy: \- Adrian from Solothurn, works in financial services, likes going to the gym and commutes regularly to Solothurn on the weekend. \- Jérémy from Alsace in France works on making solar and battery systems more economical, runs and does his weekly pull-ups in Irchel Park and goes to Alsace occasionally to meet his relatives. Orderliness is important to us and we are looking for a reliable person for our shared flat. We are not a Zweck-WG (flatshare for convenience only), but we also enjoy our privacy, as we are both very busy. A BBQ evening or eating together is always welcome when the opportunity arises. You must be a non-smoker. Ideally, you are already fully in working life or close to completing your studies. We look forward to your short description.
