The apartment
Our beautiful, furnished apartment (57m2) has a spacious and very nice layout. The following is available to the subtenants:

• Bedroom with a large double bed (180 cm)
• Cozy living room with sofa and dining table
• Spacious and bright kitchen with breakfast nook
• Bathroom with bathtub/shower
• Separate WC
• Balcony
• Washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement

The location
The location of the apartment is brilliant: It is located in a quiet side street in Wiedikon, near Goldbrunnenplatz – centrally located and yet pleasantly quiet. The pulsating life of Zürich with its beautiful cafés, various restaurants and diverse sporting opportunities is very close by. The Friedhof Sihlfeld park is reachable within two minutes on foot. Shopping facilities such as Migros, Coop and Aldi as well as tram and bus stops are in the immediate vicinity.

About you
We are looking for a quiet, reliable and careful single person or a couple who will use our apartment as a home during the three months and will take care of the furniture and the interior. No pets, non-smokers preferred.

Costs
CHF 1870.– per month, including service charges, electricity, internet, TV, Serafe and washing costs. A parking space can be rented additionally for CHF 120.– per month.

Miscellaneous
The third room remains locked during the subrental period and will be used by us as storage space.
