Bright loft apartment with visible wooden beams and oak parquet. The apartment is very bright and offers a great view of the Uetliberg and the Prime Tower. During our trip, we are renting it out furnished as a sublet.

The heart of the apartment is the large, open living and dining area. The separate sleeping area is large. The 6-door wardrobe is available for your use empty.

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishes and pans. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub and its own washing machine with tumbler.
Bed linen, terry towels and WLAN are provided. All utilities are included in the price.

Location: In the middle of the lively Kreis 4 and yet in a quiet side street. The Bäckeranlage stop (Tram 8, Bus 32 directly to HB) is within immediate walking distance. Restaurants, bars, shops and the Bäckeranlage neighborhood park are just around the corner.

Good to know: The lift goes up to the 4th floor, to the 5th floor you go via a staircase. There is no cellar or attic.

The apartment is suitable for one person or a couple. Non-smokers, no pets. We would be happy if our two or three plants get water every now and then.
