With heavy hearts, we are offering our 3-room apartment in the Freiestrasse for exchange. We are having our first child in February and therefore wish for a bit more space. With 68m2, the apartment nevertheless offers enough space to feel at home. It consists of: -2 bedrooms -living room -separate kitchen -bathroom with bathtub. -balcony, facing east/south, where the sun shines practically all day. -a small cellar -a shared garden with some seating areas. Very nice neighbors round off the offer. Location: quiet location but still central and well connected. Bus 31 and 33 right in front of the door. Hegiback and Klusplatz are each reachable in 5 minutes on foot, where various tram lines towards Bahnhof Stadelhofen and the city center run regularly. Also the lake and the forest of Zürichberg are very conveniently reachable in a short time. Please feel free to contact us if you have a larger apartment to offer for under 3500 chf.
