3 ½ rooms apartment

Hi everyone! :) We are renting out our beloved 3.5-room apartment in Zürich-Albisrieden (8048) from October 2026 to March 2027. The apartment is located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood in the immediate vicinity of Bachwiesenpark and the GZ Bachwiesen. The Sportanlage Buchlern as well as the forest are also reachable in around 10 minutes on foot. The apartment impresses with its large windows and the resulting light-flooded rooms. The asymmetric floor plan gives the living area, in particular, a special character. The standard of fittings is very high-quality; the building is certified with the SNBS-Gold-Label, which meets high requirements for ecological, social, and economic sustainability. The apartment has two separate rooms (bedroom and office) as well as two bathrooms (shower/WC and bathtub/WC). In the entrance area, there is a closed wardrobe as well as a spacious built-in closet with plenty of storage space. The generous living and dining area invites you to linger with a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The modern kitchen is excellently equipped and features a large refrigerator with four freezer drawers, a V-ZUG combination oven, and a dishwasher. All living rooms are oriented towards the quiet inner courtyard of the development. Thanks to the high construction standard, the apartment is very well soundproofed and remains pleasantly cool even in summer. A practical utility room (Reduit) additionally offers space for a laundry tower with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
