3 rooms apartment

My apartment is located in a very quiet and green area and is still central (HB in 15 minutes by bike, Hubertus 8 minutes on foot). The apartment is modern (about 20 years old) and the two rooms are separated from the living room by sliding doors. If you keep the sliding doors open, a loft-like living feeling is created. In the very large window front, there is a cat door, which would ideally be taken over. (The location is anyway great for cats!) The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage with an e-charging station (can also be sublet!), a small, lovingly designed garden, a large basement compartment, and a medium-sized storage room, which contains a washing machine and dryer (for sole use). Area: 63m2 inside plus 10m2 terrace plus 5m2 storage room with washing tower (directly opposite the front door). I am looking for a bright, similarly large apartment with a large balcony, terrace, or garden (mandatory), up to a maximum of CHF 2350.- incl. NK. A view of something green and bird chirping on the balcony/terrace is urgently desired. Preferred are Altstetten, Albisrieden, Wiedikon, possibly Wipkingen or Enge. Old buildings are also welcome (as long as there is a dishwasher). The bedroom must be quiet enough to sleep with the window open despite noise sensitivity. The apartment should be no more than 20 (human-powered) bike minutes from the main station. If there are fewer than 3 rooms, the layout of the apartment must allow for a separable office corner. A ground-floor apartment would only be okay if the apartment is still very bright (on a slope, huge window fronts, or similar).
