Room in a shared flat

Dear apartment seekers, As I will be traveling, I am renting out a beautiful, fully furnished room in our cozy 2-person shared flat in Zürcher Seefeld for 10 months. Women are preferred. 🗓 Time period: November 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027 (+/-, we can still take a look together) 💰 Price: CHF 1250.- per month (including utilities) 📍 The apartment & The room: The apartment is a real feel-good place: bright, quiet and decorated with love. • Your room: It is fully furnished (see photos) with a cozy bed and storage space. Perfect for moving in directly and feeling comfortable. • Living room: A large, bright living room with a comfortable sofa, many plants, a balcony with morning sun and a piano 🎹. • Kitchen: Modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and small dining table. From here you can access the balcony ☀️. • Bathroom: Bright bathroom with bathtub and own washing machine directly in the apartment (super practical!). 🏡 The location (Seefeld): We are located in Seefeld. Lake Zürich is within walking distance in a few minutes, as are various shopping options (Coop, Migros), cafes and the tram station. Despite the central location, the apartment is beautifully quiet. 👥 Shared flat life: You would share the apartment with Giulia (24). Shared flat life is relaxed and uncomplicated. We are not a party shared flat and are looking for a straightforward and trustworthy person who handles the equipment carefully. Interested?
