We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual or couple for a temporary sublet of our fully furnished 3.5-room apartment in Zürich while we are away in Brazil.
The apartment features two bedrooms and a spacious living room divided into three distinct areas, offering plenty of space for living, dining, and relaxing. Please note that one of the two bedrooms will be locked during our absence to store some personal belongings, leaving 2.5 rooms fully available for your use. The rest of the apartment will be entirely yours.The space is exceptionally bright and private. Large windows allow for plenty of natural daylight, and with no direct neighbors looking in, it offers a very comfortable and private atmosphere. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, yet excellently connected to public transport.A particular highlight is the balcony with a beautiful view of the Uetliberg. The living room also features a small home-cinema corner for cozy movie nights, as well as a record player with a small vinyl collection that you are welcome to enjoy during your stay.
The nearest tram stop (Uetlihof) is about 200 meters away, and a bus stop (Hegianwandweg) is around 300 meters away. A shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacy, and more can be reached in about a 7-minute walk.
The building is equipped with an elevator and a shared laundry room available to all residents.

The sublet is strictly limited to the specified period, as it is tied to our travel dates. We are looking for tenants who will treat our home with care and keep it clean.
