Room in a shared flat

I am moving out of my beautiful, bright, and central room including a large balcony in Zürich 8044 (near Toblerplatz) and am looking for a new subtenant who would like to take over my room from 1.11.2026.
You would share the 3.5-room apartment with two working women, Ayla and Femke. Ayla is studying nutrition and Femke is currently completing her internship in Visual Communication. They will also be moving into the apartment from 1.11.

Your room would be 23 Qm in size and costs 987 CHF incl. NK and balcony. The two roommates would be happy if they also had access to the outside if the room door is open. Otherwise, that would not be a problem either. In the case of private use of the balcony, the room rent would increase by 75 CHF and thus amount to 1'062 CHF.

The main tenants are renting out the apartment for a limited period because the house is to be demolished. However, it is quite possible that the demolition will be delayed and the contract will be extended. After that, you would have the possibility to take over the entire apartment as a subtenant. This would amount to 2100 CHF; a rental deposit does not need to be paid.

The two roommates are looking forward to a person, preferably a woman*, who is sympathetic, open and rather quiet, who would like to have dinner together or do something once in a while and is well-grounded in life :)

Various pieces of furniture can be taken over by arrangement!
