Room in a shared flat

Dear flatshare seekers

We are looking for a new roommate (male or female) for our cozy four-person shared flat.

We are Niko, Michi and Christian (30 to 34 years old). We all work in different industries (real estate, engineering and education). Since two of us three moved in only this year, our constellation is still quite fresh and new. This means for you that you will encounter open structures and can participate well in the shared design of the living space :)

Together we enjoy barbecuing in the evenings from time to time, going out together or simply relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine or beer. Friends are always welcome and of course we also respect the privacy and retreat spaces of each individual.

What do we offer?
Your room: 23.2 qm unfurnished

The apartment: Everything one needs and more 😄 (Large living room, 3 balconies, own washing machine/tumbler, grill, billiard table etc. etc.)

Location: Central, very well connected and yet quiet

Costs: Included are NK, electricity, TV fees and internet.

The room is available from 02 December 2026.

What are we looking for? You should fit well into our relaxed but also socially active togetherness. Whether you work or study is all the same to us – the main thing is that you are reliable, tidy and want a friendly flatshare life. Ideally, you are between 25 and 35 years old and speak German/ Swiss German.
