A fifteen-minute walk from Bellevue and Lake Zurich – and from the balcony, you look directly into the greenery and hear the stream in front of the house. Because we are traveling in the first half of 2027, we are renting out our beautiful, fully furnished 4½-room apartment from 1 January to 30 June 2027.

The apartment has 86 m², is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained apartment building (without lift) and is particularly suitable for a family or a couple living in Zürich for a few months.

Location

The apartment is located in 8032 Zürich, between the city and the edge of the forest. Bakeries and shopping facilities are nearby; Tram 4 and Bus 33 are quickly accessible.

The forest begins directly in front of the front door. You can walk up the hill to a farm with pigs, horses and rabbits – or you can follow the stream towards Lake Zurich and be in the middle of Zurich city life with restaurants, cinemas, theaters and museums in just a few minutes.

There is also a table tennis table directly next to the house, and we have very nice and helpful neighbors.

Rental duration: Rental only for the entire period
