English below: My very beloved 1.5 room apartment in a prime location is becoming available! Even though you are 10-12 minutes walking distance from HB and / or Central, you hear absolutely no cars or street noise; you are actually surrounded by greenery. The kitchen is super modern with a great oven and dishwasher. The bathroom is small but absolutely sufficient with a walk-in shower. It is small but super practical, I mean it is approx. 25-27qm. The laundry room in the basement is shared, a private cellar compartment is of course also included. Trams 9 and 10 depart from Winkelriedstrasse in 5 minutes walking distance, tram 7 (and soon also the 15 again) in 3 minutes walking distance at Sonneggstrasse. Unfortunately, I have no idea if pets are allowed. Cars can be parked nicely in the blue zone, rentable parking spaces would have to be coordinated with the administration.
