Room in a shared flat

Central in K4: Shared apartment room from December to February

Limited from the end of January 2027 to the end of February 2027 (+/- a few days by arrangement), I am looking for a subtenant for my furnished shared apartment room in a maisonette apartment with a huge roof terrace directly at Helvetiaplatz.

Specifically, there is:

• 1 bedroom, furnished with bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail and desk with screen.
• 1 great roommate (36 years old)
• 1 approx. 75m2 large roof terrace with all-round views over Züri (also beautiful in winter!)
• 1 living room, kitchen, own small bathroom, washing machine/tumbler in the apartment
• a helpful and open neighborhood: we know each other in the house, share friendships, tips and help. There is a house chat and at least 1 apéro felt per week
• 1 cleaning person who cleans the entire apartment twice a month. Not your room and your bathroom, as I clean those myself.
• all utility costs (electricity, water, internet, what else do I know) included
