Beautiful, very bright and sunny old building apartment, 4 rooms with small charming balcony, newly renovated herringbone parquet in all rooms, clinker floor in the hallway, kitchen with space for small table and bathroom with practical built-in closet above the bathtub. Cat ladder and windows already available. Large basement and attic compartment. Laundry room shared, very uncomplicated without laundry schedule. You get along great. I live here very gladly and would not move under any circumstances. But my daughter is moving out soon and I no longer need the space. I would gladly exchange with someone whose apartment is becoming too small. Preferably 3 rooms, large 2.5 room apartment is also okay.
