Flatmate wanted – renovated old building apartment in Wiedikon from 1 November
Hello everyone!
From 1 November, I am renting a beautiful old building apartment in a prime location in Wiedikon and am looking for a female flatmate.
About the apartment:
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has been freshly renovated; it is the first occupancy after the renovation. Currently, the floors are still being completely sanded and the walls are being repainted. The pictures were taken before these works, so it will be even more beautiful!
The apartment includes:
- Your room: 13 m² with built-in wardrobe
- Freshly renovated, brand new kitchen
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Hallway
- Cellar compartment
- Washing machines for shared use in the house
About me:
I am 29 years old and work as a management consultant. Therefore, I am very rarely at home during the week.
Who I am looking for:
Ideally a weekday resident (Wochenaufenthalterin) who is quiet, uncomplicated, and tidy.
If you feel addressed, I look forward to receiving a message with a few lines about yourself!
I look forward to meeting you!
Rebecca
